1. Conditions générales d’utilisation

En accédant à Rz Market et en passant commande, tu acceptes les règles ci-dessous. Sinon, n’utilise pas le service.

• Produits 100 % digitaux. La livraison se fait sur le site (chat commande / Mes commandes) ou via Discord.
• Compte. Connexion via Discord OAuth. Tu es responsable de la sécurité de ton compte Discord.
• Paiement. PayPal : le paiement est associé automatiquement (montant + phrase collée dans la note, ou numéro de transaction). Un mauvais montant ou une note incorrecte peut retarder ou invalider la commande.
• Fraude. Chargebacks, fausses preuves, transactions réutilisées : ban définitif et annulation des commandes en cours.
• Stock. Prix et stock peuvent changer. Si un produit n’est plus dispo après paiement : remplacement ou remboursement intégral.

2. Politique de remboursement

Remplacement ou remboursement sous 24 h — preuve obligatoire.

• Garantie. Produit livré HS (compte invalide, lien mort, clé révoquée…) : ouvre un ticket sur /support ou le Discord dans les 24 h après livraison.
• Preuve obligatoire. Capture d’écran complète ou courte vidéo de l’erreur. Sans preuve, la demande n’est pas traitée.
• Traitement. Après vérif staff : remplacement en priorité ; sinon remboursement (même moyen ou solde boutique).
• Délai. Demandes vérifiées traitées sous 24 h maximum.
• Hors garantie. Produit modifié après livraison, demande hors délai, ou mauvaise utilisation.

3. Confidentialité

• Ce qu’on stocke. ID Discord, pseudo, avatar (OAuth), commandes, tickets, solde. Rien d’autre.
• Ce qu’on ne stocke jamais. Numéros de carte, identifiants PayPal ou wallets crypto. Les cartes passent par Stripe ; la crypto est on-chain.
• Cookies. Session de connexion + cookie d’affiliation. Pas de trackers pub.
• Partage. On ne revend ni ne partage tes données.
• Suppression. Tu peux demander l’effacement de tes données via un ticket support.

1. Terms of Service

By accessing Rz Market and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Digital goods only. Delivery happens on the website (order chat / My Orders) or via our Discord server.
• Account. Login is handled through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your own Discord account.
• Accurate payment. PayPal orders are matched automatically (amount + the note phrase, or transaction ID). A wrong amount or incorrect note can delay or void the order.
• Abuse. Chargebacks, fake proofs or reused transactions: permanent ban and cancellation of pending orders.
• Availability. Stock and prices can change. If a product is unavailable after payment: replacement or a full refund.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacement or refund within 24 hours — proof required.

• Warranty. If a delivered product does not work, open a ticket on /support or Discord within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proof required. Full-screen screenshot or short video of the error. Requests without proof cannot be processed.
• Resolution. After staff verification: replacement first; if none is available, a refund (original method or store balance).
• Processing time. Verified requests are handled within 24 hours maximum.
• Not covered. Products modified after delivery, issues reported after the warranty window, or misuse.

3. Privacy Policy

• What we store. Discord ID, username and avatar (OAuth), orders, tickets and store balance. Nothing more.
• What we never store. Card numbers, PayPal or crypto wallet credentials. Cards go through Stripe; crypto is on-chain.
• Cookies. Session cookie + referral cookie. No advertising trackers.
• Sharing. We never sell or share your data.
• Deletion. You can request deletion of your data via a support ticket.
